Bookings

To do a booking: first payment of  40% of the reservation will be made and when the payment will be in our bank account the booking will be completely confirmed. 30% of the remaining payment will be made 8 weeks before arrival date and the last 30% will be made at check-in by cash, visa or by bank transfer 2 weeks before arrival date. The reservation will be formalized through a contract and passports of all members of the group.

What is included in the price of the villa?

In the price of our villas is included bed linen, towels, and pool towels.

Also included is wifi, electricity, gas and water. In low season, where the villas prices a very low, a little fee for the utilities will be requested. Always informed in advance.

Garden and pool maintenance are included too.

What is the final cleaning service?

According to the villa the final cleaning service varies. Indicated in the contract.

What is the guarantee damage?

The deposit varies according to the villa. The price of the deposit is indicated in the contract. The deposit is returned 48-72 hours after checking out. The deposit is used to cover vandalism, and importants damages in the villa.

Check ins-Check outs

A person from our staff contacts the client a few days before the arrival date to organize the check-in time. This person will be in the villa to do the check-in and show the house. This person will be in charge with the clients during his stay in case they need his help.

The check-ins are done after 4pm, and the check outs are done at 10am. Unless another schedule is agreed.

Late check-ins have an extra cost from 10 pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Documentation

All our clients have to send us the signed contract and the passports of all the guests.

Additional services

Our agency has additional services, which will be communicated in the reservation request.
