Villa Carmen is a comfortable, spacious and modern style villa located in a residential area of Sant Pere de Ribes, at only 5 minutes driving to Sitges. It has capacity for 10 people and all the facilities to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Sitges with family and friends. Walking distance to the villa your will find a tennis and paddle club.
In the hottest months, his shaded terrace is perfect to enjoy a good breakfast or lunch. Chill out area next to the pool is ideal to take a look at the children while they are bathing and you drink your favourite cocktail. In the garden area there are the hammock and barbecue perfect to taste our good local products!

Main floor:
We find the living and dining room bright and decorated in modern style. From the dining area you can access to the covered terrace. From the living room you can access to the pool area and the chill out. The living room with a fireplace is perfect for relaxing in those cold days, drinking a tea or reading a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge ,freezer and all you can need to prepare a delicious meal.

First floor
On the first floor there are three of the five spacious and bright bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and the third bedroom has two single beds that open onto the terrace with views to the sea and the pine area. These three bedrooms share a nice bathroom, spacious and covered in marble, that gives a touch of luxury.
Second floor
On the second floor there is a master bedroom with a large double bed. It opens onto the terrace with fantastic views to the mountains and the sea. You can enjoy the silence of the night sitting on the terrace sofa.
The fifth double bedroom and last of the villa. On this floor there is a bathroom with bathtub. These two rooms shares the bathroom.
Private pool can be heated in the months of autumn and winter, with a supplement of € 200 for the autumn months, and € 250 for the winter months.
Central heating in whole villa, and air conditioning in the living room, one double bedroom in the first floor and master bedroom. The others bedrooms has fans availables.
Villa in a quiet area, no noise
Parties are not allowed in the Villa.

Just five minutes by car to Sitges, nice town where you can enjoy a Mediterranean cuisine and his beautiful beaches. If you want to visit the fantastic city of Barcelona it is only 30 minutes driving from the villa.
And 5 minutes away, the town of Vilanova i la Geltrú, where you will find a fantastic beach promenade and nautical port, where you can do water sports and eat in some of his good restaurants.
The check ins will be done in the Villa, normally the entrance to the Villa will be from 4pm where the person in charge of receiving them will wait for them upon arrival. Prior to arrival we contact our customers via email.

Price info
Rules
Leave the villa in bad conditions (rubbish, disorder) can lead a penalty of 100 €. Excessive comsumption in household services can cause additional charge. Responsible consumption is required for the proper functioning of the villa services and respect for the environment. Parties are not allowed. Do not disturb the rest of the neighbors, above all from 12 am. Respect the rules of the villa. Free smoked bedrooms please.
Cancellation
If you cancel the booking 60 days before you arrivel date, we retorn you back the first payment only in case we can book the property again. If the new booking price is lower we retorn you only the difference between your booking price and the new booking price. If you canceled between day 60 to check in in date, you loose the 70 % if we can not book the villa again. If the new booking price is lower we retorn you only the difeference between your booking price and the new booking price. If you cancel during your stay un the villa you loose 100 %.
