Sitges center is only at 4 minuts by car and the supermarket is also very close.
In the garden area you can take a break and rest from the busy life that you have throughout the year, Sunbathing in the hammocks, or cooling off in the pool. You can enjoy breakfast at the outdoor table for 10 people covered by the porch. Or relaxing in chill out sofas and disconnect with the silence that characterizes this villa.

We find the spacious modern style living room with two large sofas where you can relax. Also a fireplace to enjoy during winter time. This floor is surrounded by windows and you can access to any part of the garden.
The kitchen is bright and fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. It has access to dining-room.
The double room located on this floor can be used for people with reduced mobility and it has direct access to the garden. There is a complete bathroom with showe too.
First floor:
On the first floor we find the ensuite master bedroom, with fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace.
The other three bedrooms are also located on this floor. All bedrooms have access to the terrace and the the beautiful views,All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Complete bathroom shared.
Laundry room is located on this floor.

Leave the villa in bad conditions (rubbish, disorder) can lead a penalty of 100 €. Excessive comsumption in household services can cause additional charge. Responsible consumption is required for the proper functioning of the villa services and respect for the environment. Parties are not allowed. Do not disturb the rest of the neighbors, above all from 12 am. Respect the rules of the villa. Free smoked bedrooms please.
Cancellation
If you cancel the booking 60 days before you arrivel date, we retorn you back the first payment only in case we can book the property again. If the new booking price is lower we retorn you only the difference between your booking price and the new booking price. If you canceled between day 60 to check in in date, you loose the 70 % if we can not book the villa again. If the new booking price is lower we retorn you only the difeference between your booking price and the new booking price. If you cancel during your stay un the villa you loose 100 %.
